How to get help from Karazad

The poor, orphans, and the wayfarer (Ibn Sebil), and people who know one of these three groups, can visit the Karazad to receive help.

The steps for registering an application on the karazad are as follows.

1- Visit the karazad home page.

2- To register on the site, visit the registration page by clicking the purple icon of the Karazad in the middle of the page.

3- Enter a username and email, select the agent role from the two roles of employer and agent, and click the register button.

4- An activation link will be sent to the email you entered, if you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder. By clicking on the link in the email, you will be redirected to the password setting page for your Karazad account. Choose a password and remember it and click the confirm button.

5- Then log in to the Karazad with the username and password you have chosen for yourself and go to the my account page.

6- In my account page, click the Account Details option and enter the requested documents and information. Select your city as the in-person workplace and select the field or fields of cooperation: help to orphans, help to poor, and help to wayfarer.

7- It will take some time for the Karazad to review your submitted documents. After your information is confirmed by the Karazad, your account will be activated to accept quests or donations from donors.

8- Then go to the Find quest section in my account page and click on the Select quest type button, search for the word help in the search box. By selecting one of the options Help to Orphans, Help to Poor, or Help to wayfarer, you can view the charitable quests for each of these items.

9- By clicking each quest, you can view its information and click on “Ready” button to send your request to receive the help.

10- After you have declared your readiness to receive help, the employer will view your request, and if he/she agree to your request, you will see a quest in the manage normal quests section in your account.

11- Now you need to see what the employer has asked you for. He may ask you for documents to identify the needy or you may need to make a phone call to him/her. Finally, enter the progress of the work 100% using the upload file option and upload a file that indicates the end of the quest. Don’t forget to check mark the end of the quest and upload the final file.

12- After the employer approves, the help amount will be deposited into your wallet in Karazad and you can withdraw it from the wallet option in your account.
