Karazad rules and policies

The main policy of Karazad is to create a transparent and safe environment for the interaction of agents and employers, as well as the purchase and sale of digital products. In order to fulfill this goal and also to comply with ethical and humane principles, site users consider the following rules.

Laws related to employers and agents

  • If the employer and the agent have a dispute during the process of quest fulfillment, the disputes must be resolved by talking and cooperating with each other in the first place. If the objection is referred to Karazad by one of the parties, then Karazad’s arbitration opinion is final and both parties must accept it.
  • Given that the agents are required to upload the results of their work on a daily basis, therefore the employer must also decide on a daily basis whether to continue the quest or terminate it. Therefore, the employer can only object to the work done the previous day, and the fee for the previous days will be paid to the agent.
  • Every 28 hours, the agent has the opportunity to upload the result of his work, otherwise the employer can delete the quest unilaterally. In this way, even though the quest has progressed a lot, the employer has the right not to pay the agent and the agent will not have the right to object to this issue.
  • If the employer and the employee outside of the normal routine agree that the result of the work will be uploaded every few days, the employer, if necessary, can only object to the work done in the agreed few days and the fee for the previous time periods It will be paid to the agent in any case.
  • If the employer is indifferent to the daily review of the uploaded file and the quest is carried out by the agent on consecutive days, then in rare cases when the percentage of work progress that is declared by the agent be completely incorrect or the agent services be of poor quality or irrelevant, the objection of the employer will be taken into account.
  • If the agent reports the percentage of the work progress incorrectly, she/he will be fined according to the opinion of the Karazad.
  • The employer can terminate the quest at any time by paying the the agent according to quest progress percentage.
  • If the employer decides to delete the quest after assigning an agent to the quest and the agent have not reported any progress for the quest, a part of the quest price will be deducted due to reserve the right of agent and Karazad, and the rest will be returned to the employer’s wallet.
  • Employers should refrain from registering unethical and unconventional quests, and agents should also refrain from accepting such quests. If such quests are seen, the quest will be removed by the Karazad and some penalty can be considered.
  • Agents are obliged to keep the quest data confidential. Also, after completing the quest the ownership of the result produced by the agents belongs to the employer, and the agent should not publish it without coordination with the employer.
  • It is desirable for the employer to mention the name of the agent when presents the result of the quest anywhere.

Rules of registration of products in Karazad shop

  • The product must be original and belongs to the sender.
  • The digital product must be valuable, meaning that it will attract a significant audience.
  • The product must be ethical and customary.
  • After registering the product in the Karazad shop, if necessary, Karazad can delete it without the consent of the product owner.
  • The share of Karazad services is deducted from the amount every time the product is sold, and the rest is deposited into the wallet of the product owner.
