Transparency and freewill are two important principles that rule Karazad. In the following, we explain these two principles and their connection with our work
Transparency in work creates insight for both employers and employees. For example when employers know the available work force, consequently they invest wisely and adjust their plan more efficiently.
On the other hand in a transparent working media employees will also know that if their presence are valuable or not. When they see a working area is saturated, consequently they invest their time and effort on another working area.
So in short transparency saves time and money for both employers and employees and also helps them to know their position.
Freewill as the second principle creates motivation and excitement in work. When employers choose among a list of people, they are more motivated to see whether their choice is successful or not, and they rise their effort to help the chosen employee to be successful.
On the other hand when employee choose freely among several job opportunity, she/he thinks that the job owner is himself and do his best to finish the job.
